So here's what we did today. Started out with the original Build-a-bear, little did I know. When we entered the store I was thinking they were kind of a handmade imitation of Build-a-bear. Wow, couldn't be more wrong, Stuffington is the oldest teddy bear factory in the entire USA. Uses only products made in the USA and does everything by hand, hence the handmade look. We went on a free factory tour and it was so quaint, way more like a Santa's workshop.
Then we headed on to the Superstition Mountains and an authentic ghost town.Of course it was crazy hot and I was about to pass out and I was sad Lucia was apparently not going to be napping today. But it was a fun place to visit and I realized I definitely would never have survived in the Wild West. Ramona is absolutely our Arizona child, seems to just be basking in all its uniqueness. Lucia is a very sweaty baby anyways, so I always have to keep making her drink because she always seems very hot like myself. And well Sasha could probably take it or leave it depending on the day.

And here's what we did Friday, awesome on a 107 day.
(I didn't actually take any of these pictures, of course I didn't have my camera.)
PS Thanks for all the complements on the birthday cake. I did not make it. I had intentions to, but then I saw that one at Sam's Club for under $10 and they give you a free birthday candle. How could I pass it up with Lucia saying Elmo, Elmo? Would've been especially wonderful if there had been guests at the party because you can give each kid a cupcake and the grown-ups eat the little cake.
PPS And for those of you who have commented on getting more organized when you have more space it is so true! It is nearly impossible to get things situated, especially when you don't have a w/d until you have space to put things. I feel bad that I basically put my housekeeping on hold for 5 years of apt living, but it honestly just felt overwhelming to me most of the time. And yes my w/d is awesome and efficient. That was about the best present ever from Dr. Gore, and they say women don't like housewares/appliances as gifts.

I always welcome houseware gifts when they come! I can't wait to get some real big and nice ones and love them!
