wow, we've sure seemed to have a super tough winter around here, so much sickness. I thought I'd hit rock bottom when ramona had strep and lucia had fever for 4 days. but, alas, no such luck. Mike headed out of town this week for a conference in DC and while he was driving down there my parents were driving up her to visit and help out. And wow did they ever get thrown into the thick of it. All the girls and I were with flu by their second day in town. Talk about unconditional love, they stuck it out and stayed on to help everyone, especially me, make it through, knowing full well they were probably the next victims of this heinous bug. And sure enough by the end of their stay grandpa had caught it, but grandma was holding strong. We'll all praying for you that you'll stay healthy!!!
so everyone seems to be on the mend, but there's still a lot of coughing and general exhaustion hanging around. I'll let you know when something exciting happens and we start leaving the house again. oh yeah my birthday's this week, I think I'm going to start lying about my age, so let's say it's the big 3-0, yipee!

I'm glad you guys are doing so much better. I'm so glad Mom and Dad were there to help you guys out. I'm so sorry you've all been so sick. Mike's solution: we all relocate to Arizona. :) Your next move definitely needs to be a warm-weather destination!!
or relocate to Tasmania!
